Catford Mews – Safety Measures
Following government guidelines, results from our survey and surveys conducted by other organisations and a risk assessment made for the venue we are putting the following measures in place:
Wayfinding
There is a one way system in place in the space, please follow the signs on the floor.
Clear signage for queuing.
Clear marking for 1 metre distance between tables.
Staff
All staff will be provided with PPE for their safety and yours.
Staff will be matched with the same person where possible to reduce risk
Staff have been trained on best hygiene practice to ensure all areas in the building are routinely sanitised.
Cinema
Reduced capacity – 75% of the seats will not be in use. The row behind and in front of your seat will be kept completely empty, and there will be at least two seats between you and another booking.
Timings will be carefully decided so there is no overlap between screens, or films coming in and out.
1 hour between screenings in each screen to allow for sufficient cleaning.
Bar
Seating capacity has been reduced, and there will be distance in place between tables.
We will be operating from the Box Office till only. Please keep your distance from others in the queue.
Have a seat, take a number and someone will come over with your order.
If you’re purchasing concessions for the cinema these need to be collected straight from the bar.
